maybe your ISP blocking it? some countries do not have free internet access
if it is blocked try with VPN, fixes silly blockades

The problem is my phone can access the website on the other hand my computer can't and the client says the same

firewall
virusscanner
other "security software" ?

try disable these temporary and see if it works

you can also try to tether your phone to your computer (share internetconnection) and see if it works then, this way you can make sure its not an artificial barrier from a rogue ISP

also, try setting your DNS to an uncensored one
