It happens when you try click in login? Try click in "help" on the top, and click in Diagnostics Wizard. Run it and see if it can fix.

I also have problems with the server. Sometimes the this app starts only after the third or fourth restart. Need to write to technical support.

well I doubt allods can do much about it since its servers to servers communication I bet depending on country and connections
