İrade gücü problemi

Merhabalar hiçbir görev atlamadan önemli görevleri yapmama rağmen 90. seviyedeyim ve irade gücü yeteneğini alamadım. Gerekli görevi alıp yaptım ancak irade gücünü vermedi aynı sorunu yaşayan veya bilgisi olan varsa yardımcı olabilir mi ?
Sorun çözüldü eldzhunda ilgili npcde önemli olmayan bir görevi de yapmak gerekiyormuş görev zincirinin devam etmesi için.
