Stuck ;(

Did anybody had this problem ? (Quest name and level is listed on the right. Look screenshot )

I can't find capt. Eudoxus. Searched whole ship. There are 2 people next to the visor. None I can interact with. Been stuck on this for hours. Anybody remembers this quest ? Help !
