Hey!

Well you can learn more than one so I’d probably go for tailoring and alchemy and weaponsmith. But for example if you’re in a guild you can craft weapon workpieces and trade them with a guild member for your cloth so you’d only need 2 also with the class change you could also go for blacksmith for example to be able to craft accessories. At the start you don’t really need one already but it’s a bit easier probably if you start one whilst levelling! Also when you’re max level and get reincs, they can start professions too! So I wouldn’t be too worried about it! Plenty of choices but also plenty of possibilities !
