Is there any way to turn off Lucky moments or even block exp getting in game?

I mean some item or command, kinda to overleveling zones, and i love to to explore everything piece by piece on each map.

You can't turn off Smile of Fortune/Lucky Moments, but you should use the reputation benefit to complete most quests - from Irdrich onwards, costumes are sold at local merchants. The only downside will be the lack of reputation for killing creatures and loot.

Thank u for quick response, What about temporary xp block? Is there any command, item or npc to stop getting temporary xp? i mean like for example for twinks
