How do you get the coupons for the Tycoon Representative. Says to look for a invite a friend option on the main website, but i cannot find it

It's not currently available due to the issues with the Billing portal
Have you tried turning it off and on again?

I just want to ask if i cant find the link anywhere now
to invite one of my friends to this gam
i rly like this game but i see that this problem was given also in april this year so how dam long do u need to fix it up? or am i just to dump to find the link ? pls help me ?(
