sorry for the bad english but i need help, well mi friend need help, mi friend wants to transfer his account but there is some sort of problem , when he tries to do that its says he never play allods in the past and that is very weird because he did play with me for years pls whe need help t.t
Hello kalasmartin.
Please have your friend create a temporary account at My.com and then subbmit a ticket using the
Customer Support page.
In that ticket he should mention on what Server he used to play (North-American, European, Italian or Turkish), with what email adress he registered and what his username was. Do not post these details on the forums.
