Have a problem with patch 5.0.00.75.1

i have a problem at this screenshot:

(Left:Before, Right:After)

and i'm trying to update my drivers & have a new problem again at this screenshot:

(Left: Previous Page, Right:Next Page)


can anybody know how to fix it ? :(
