Free subscription NOT extended

There's an announcement that the free subscription offer has been extended until 1 May because the PaySafe contract work is still in progress. OK, cool, except...

This morning, I went to sign in and get my daily login for the event over there, and I find that:
  1. The offer has not been extended.
  2. My subscription time that I bought before the transfer, valid until 17 *MAY*, has also expired.

The first, well, OK, "stuff" happens sometimes, so for me I'd let it go, but the second is not on. What happened to my 7 weeks (approx) of paid-for subscription time?
Now f2p 60 Xadaganian summy with 60/60/60 tailor/weaponsmith/alchemist, bleah gear, 555/555 runes
Now p2p 28 Xadaganian avenger with 20 weaponsmith
I'm on an extended break from Allods at the moment, but I'm lurking here to keep up with what's happening. From the looks of things in 5.0.02, I'm better off where I am.

Supplementary information: I can't subscribe either. I click the buttons to pay for more time (I have enough crystals, if the cost for a month is still 1000 crystals like it used to be 1000gpots), and the browser launches and shows an error page.
Now f2p 60 Xadaganian summy with 60/60/60 tailor/weaponsmith/alchemist, bleah gear, 555/555 runes
Now p2p 28 Xadaganian avenger with 20 weaponsmith
I'm on an extended break from Allods at the moment, but I'm lurking here to keep up with what's happening. From the looks of things in 5.0.02, I'm better off where I am.

Hi guys,

Sorry, we had an issue with the subs lastnight, It should be all fixed now.

As for the paid subs left over from gPotato, that will be sorted and added to your account when the subscriptions are properly sorted and reactivated.
