Quest item selection problem

Dear gm i just completed a quest and this is a second time i did not get the weapon i selected i selected the paired fist weapon but did not get it can u pls let me knoe if there is a problem.

I did wrote to support about that like 2 weeks ago, and still no response whatsoever.

It seems to be a known issue on RU version :
