Beware $$$$ missing

Just a friendly warning that credditcard amounts are being deducted from peoples accounts and no gemshards are allocated and allods is taking it very seriously..............

now if u didnt feel the sarcasm dripping from that first line just be aware that it is happening and allods are very slow at getting back to people regarding, this is a push to get them of there backsides, maybe there pr team can get them to stop looking at a bugged vanity and respond to paying customers.


btw deleting posts in issues ect with no response just makes people angrier and more determined to get problem heard and resolved.

please PM me your ticket ID and I will ask my bosses to look into it.

I agree it not on, all tickets should be responded to within a reasonable time frame.
please be aware though, that due to the nature of a ticket system, fresh responses will get added to the bottom of the que when submitted, and (to my knowledge) any new replies added before a response will move the ticket back down the que.

also, no thread should have been deleted about it, if you think your thread has been deleted please PM me the section and approximate time you posted it and I will check if its still available anywhere.
