Help! Cannot sign in

Okay, so I am pretty technologically impaired, so I am aware this might be something obvious I am missing, be kind please lol

I finally got around to transferring my account last week. But when I go to play the game, the launcher says there are corrupted files. I run the repair tool, says no corrupted files, I go to log in and it says it couldn't establish a connection.

I figured perhaps I needed to re-download the game since the transfer (and I read somewhere there was a server merge of EU and NA but can't remember where I read it). Basically I still have the old game and launcher and such that I was playing on before the transfer, but can't find anywhere to download the game. When I go to the gpotato website it says to go to the Mail.ru website. When I go there, I can't find even a mention of Allods, let alone a way to redownload the whole thing.

So can someone please walk me through step by step what I need to do to get playing? From the start point of I currently have all the stuff installed from pre-transfer of account. Do I need to do uninstall, where do I go to redownload, what do I click, etc. I think I had the EU version as well, in case that is still something that applies

Hi gisele,

Gpotato has nothing to do with Allods now. We're managed by mail.ru now. The homepage of the game is now allods.com. You can find a download button in the upper left corner of the page. To make it easier, this is the download page: http://en.allods.com/download.

I suggest you first uninstall the old version(s) of the game, and after that start the new installer you just downloaded.

We now have two Launchers for the game: the old one and the My.com launcher. When you'll start the installer for the first time, you'll get the My.com launcher. You can learn how to use it here: http://en.allods.com/mycomgames.

After you start the download of the game, you can start playing after about 1.3GB downloaded, but I recommend waiting for the whole game to be downloaded.

One other important thing to know is that if you'll use the old Launcher, you'll have to log-in using your email adress, not your username. But chances are you won't have to use the old Launcher, since the My.com Launcher is pretty good :)

I knew gpotato had nothing to do with it now but when I looked there I was hoping they might have had a link to the new place I could find it, since I couldn't find it at the Games section of my.com

I didn't realise Allods had its own site then. :)

Thank you so much for the help and the link, it's downloading now, I can't wait to get back to playing!
