unable to update to recent patch

ran the shortcut created by my.com games
my.com downloaded the patch and began patching
gets to 12% then spits out an error "error updating of allods online EN, error occurred during game client update. Center@mail.ru is checking and correcting client files"
press ok (no other option)
"unable to obtain information on current game distribution for allods online EN"
then proceeds to try and patch again.... rinse and repeat

how do I fix this ??

PS I ran launcher.exe and had no success there either.
