they said that if you account was banned that you should submit a ticket at http://support.my.com/games/formTicket/?&questionId=7So lets assume they actually posses common sense and admit they got it wrong and eventually unban the people wrongfully banned. That alone will probably take around a month, cause it's rather obvious the people running this game really don't care about their playerbase, as long as they got a few "whales" to fill their wallets. What happens then? How will the people how were affected by these quite frankly idiotic bannings be compensated(not only the people banned, but the people that miss out on raids, astral, dominion by proxy). Most of the top guilds will get screwed in the next month or so because of the actions of the company and the cynical part of me thinks thats exactly what they wanted.
Also censorship of critisism is the best way to commit finicial suicide in the gaming industry.
they are probably flooded with tickets right now either that or they are doing the general it has to sit for 48-72hrs before you get a reply back. if you don't get a reply could always send another but there is a chance that it would just put you at the back of the ticket que.And what about people who submitted a ticket and haven't had a reply for nearly 24 hours?

Are you for real? Finally action has been taken aginst exploiting players. That means finally Allods got some attention from devs. Finally someone cares about the game and don't f**k around with exploiting bastards who ruin the game. I hope those accounts got perma-banned. It's a good thing.
Thing is, you are ignorant about the whole thing that has happened. Over 80% of the banned people did nothing wrong. (As silly reason as "clicking accept on the currency exchange in less than 2 seconds is impossible so you must be using a script of some sort.")People. It's a good thing. They only need to work a bit on precision. Still that is a good start. I see farward to more improvments in gameplay. It's really.... INTERESTING ;]

As i said, this situation is really INTERESTING ;] and I'm looking farward to see it unfold.
And now special news report:
Ever wondered why gpotato never took any action aginst exploiters ? hm ? Didn't care ? Or maybe they had no freakin idea how to resolve this situation? Well it turns out they actually didn't know what to do. I have no idea what script they used to pull this off. Aparently there is no way to detect that kind of exploit or they don't have proper tools to do it. So i think they came with this idea to ban everyone who uses exchange every so often. That means a lot of innocent players got hit but at thesame time guilty ones also got ban. This way they can reset exchange rate to fix economy a bit and prevent further exploiting so other palyers can enjoy more "healthy" game. Hopefully they will look into banning cases separately to detect who actually exploited and who is innocent. You have to understand that probably there was close to no other option to deal with that kind of abuse. At least this time they done something. In the long run this is for better. When Your accounts will be unbanned You can enjoy the game without exploiting maggots ;/ ... hopefully.
Oh yea, correct me if I'm wrong. Weren't the majority of exploiters in NA server? I read the US forum frequently and there was a TON of ppl informing that something is wrong cause exchange rates have gone wild. On the EU server exchange rate was pretty much steady. So maybe that is why majority of yesterday banning involved US players?
And if you really did actually read the NA forums good enough, you would have read that some if not most of the people that exploited the trade route bug was banned before the merge/transfer happened.
And by the way, how can what they did be for the better?? A lot of the people I know that were banned were the heavy to moderate CS users that are feeding their paycheck every week.
You really need to get a clue and get your facts straight before opening your mouth. The majority of the people I know that got banned, got banned due to either selling their (at that time) Gpots while the exchange was high or because they bought or traded gold/gpots with a person that exploited the trade route bug. The ones getting banned for trading with the exploiters are getting banned not knowing they traded with someone that exploited the tr bug.

Yes, I used to read US forum and I don’t recall much
info about mass exploiter bans. There were even players trying to help to solve
this problem providing some information about possible nature of that exploit
and I didn’t see much results. Crystal exchange rates after merge and fact that
more banning was necessary kind of proves that not “most” as You said, but
little to no one was find guilty at the time when it was much appreciated.

If i should get my facts straight than You,
dear sir should get Your head right. Spending
a lot on cs should grant immunity to
banhammer? Really? Forum censorship is one thing but this would be a real
game-killer (and actually was). I thank You for that info. It’s good to know
that there are no equal and “equaler”. I
see things are going in the right direction with allods, finally. (F)Mail.ru, Just
listen to us regarding what to do with
p2p server and I will be more than happy to return J.

I.M.O. Fact that some ppl got ban for trading
with exploiters, for me is proof of their own greed and stupidity. If there is
a major s**tstorm going on forums that players are exploiting something and get
super rich super fast than it is a good reason NOT TO buy anything from someone
You don’t know. There may be time when someone asks “how did You get all that
stuff, Cupcake? ;] “ and there will be no way to prove anything. Guess what?
that time finally came, and I’m more than happy
Yes, the way allods staff approached this
problem is controversial but at least they did something to improve the game,
not just squeeze any cash that is left till game dies. They actually care and
want this game to last ( still I think You got much to learn about how to do
mmo business western style).Read the forums and You will see that bans are
being suspended for the ones that could prove their innocence. It’s time
consuming and annoying but in the long run it may provide good results.
