My boss is the ones handling these specific cases, as it was him who placed the bans.
He was working on the tickets until 4am on Saturday morning (based on the time he told us he was done with the tickets we had forwarded him).
While I forwarded the tickets I received over the weekend to him, I did not see him online much yesterday, I believe that may have been due to meetings etc. I have reminded him about them again today and hope that he will be able to look into any additional information you have been able to supply and respond to you today.
