Races and classes

I think we should apply this:

Elves: Scout (every game elf can always be an archer!), Warden (since elves are from nature and everything)

Gibberlings: Engineer (gibberlings are crafty), bard (it looks like gibb style, they should have it)

Gibberlings or kanians: summoner (only elves can be summoner on league side, i think it fits more with kanians' "personality" than gibberlings')

Xadaganians: Warden (only orcs can be wardens on empire side)

Arisen: Engineer (this is so arisen, idk why they can't be engineers), maybe warden (arisens aren't that "nature" but empire should have more wardens)

It is fact that kanian summoners will come (source: oracle). Maybe that other combinations which u have described will come.
If not, then it could be possible with an raceconverter which also will come (source: Oracle)

Considering that Gibberlings invented the Astral Ships, and the Engineer Trainer is an Arisen, I think that the fact that only humans can be engineers is out of pure lazyness in animating more models.
