Account Recovery

I have an account which I've been playing on for 1-2 years ago, but I stopped playing Allods Online. Now I forgot my login name/password, and can't seem to find what e-mail the account is bound to. I have written as many informations below as I can remember. Hope I can get my account back!

Abyssalforce, level 51, Druid on "League"
Taffey, level 29, Warrior on "League" (Incarnation of Abyssalforce)
Not sure if I have more characters, but I think I do have a "Empire" character as well.

2.
I forgot the names of the items, but heres the "looks"
vampiric cloak, crystal helmet, summer outfit, fiery wings, black wings(not sure) , white wings (not sure), loads of costumes of big value forgot the names. Some outfits/items is shown in some of the pictures.
Mounts: Rhino(Normal, Frozen), Lion(Golden, Frozen), Wolf(Molten, Frozen, Normal) I do not know for sure if I have more or not, but I believe this is the mounts I have.

You must send a request through the support system.

you can check if you have had a reply here: http://support.my.com/games/tickets/
(while the settings to email on reply should be on, some accounts have them turned off by default for some reason)

I'm in the same boat, been waiting a couple days for someone to post an update on my account migration :( I spent a lot of cash on my characters to get them some nice stuff, I'd like to be able to play them x_x Thanks in advance!
