Problems launching the game via the my.com launcher.

Dear Users,

We have had some reports that there is a problem with the my.com launcher not launching the game (starting with the Heart of The World logo, but not getting any further).

We are working on the issue, but have no ETA on when it will be fixed yet.

We do have a work around that you can use to connect to the game.

  1. Open the My.com launcher.
  2. Click on the "Game Control" Button and click on Open Game Client Folder

  3. Open the Bin folder

  4. Double click on Launcher.exe

  5. Enter your details and click play.



The game should launch normally after that.
