If we consider that seing russian wardens on top of DPS meter on screenshots was really rare before 5.0.1, then we can merely say that it's a huge up
As far as I know, they took the best of warden 4.0 (some rollbacks like cooldown on Clout and Firebolt) & 5.0 (Knuckle improvement), removed the useless things in the different grids to put more useful things instead, and then you have the warden 5.0.1.
Also the static charge system changed now we will be less dependent on the Vortex (great for pure melee builds).
I don't know what exactly are the % changes on skills, but what I saw on my russian "low" warden is that the damage are more well balanced. I think most of skills (except Shred) have been upped.
