Change username

Hello!
how can I change my user name ?

I enter to " user account '' and I see this error message :
It is not possible to do this change here. In order to revise your Password or registered Emaill-Address please log in to the relevant game or corresponding portal and use the designated functionality there.



and I havn't understand what it means ( corresponding portal and use the designated functionality there )


please help me !

Hi there,

go to: http://en.allods.com/user# -> click on the edit tab -> input the required username in the username field (assuming its not already taken) -> click save

Hi there.
In order to change your forum username (the one displayed on the forum), go here: User page.
Once there, click on the "Edit" tab and you'll be able to change the display name.

but I have not found my old players ;( don't tell me they are lost !!!?

if your referring to your characters from the gPotato days, then you won't find them until your old gPotato ID has been bound to your my.com account.

to do that please open a support ticket: http://support.my.com/games/kbPage/54/ and provide the information about your old account.
The support will then merge the 2 accounts for you, giving you access to your old characters.

p.s it will help if you set a username on your account here first.
