I will try to go a bit in-depth for those too lazy to read russian translated gibberish
First one, not related to actual talents/skills: all shots can now be fired up close, but with a 50% damage penalty (previous minimum range removed)
Now, starting with the first talent row:
-vicious blow/reflex action now add a stack of "trick" on the mob, at 3 stacks the next vicious blow/reflex (or so i can tell) will deal a bonus of 120% more damage and remove all stacks;
-steady shot/intuitive shot doesn't reset double shot no more, now reduces DS cooldown by 33%
-incendiary now deals initial damage + 6 second dot, does not stack,each reapplication refreshes effect
-blink gives you 3 stack of "dodger", presumably the old suddenness effect( rubies removed for it), 4 stack with upgraded version
-crippling blow now applies bleed only if you have "trick" stacks, from what i can tell it take a trick effect off in exchange for the dot if you have 1 or 2 stacks. At 3 stacks, it deals 160% bonus damage and triggers the remaining bleed effect instantly (like that spell that summoners had for their dots)
-ranging fire, still puts a stack on target, each of the shots affected put additional stacks on the target. You get an extra ability that can trigger all the stack for 70% of the skill damage each, but removes all stacks. Max stacks are 8
-sambo roll now gives 2 "trick" stacks
- precision shots now take up quiver space, in place of crippling arrow
- new skill : Deceiver. each point in it gives a new ability, tank related:
- Fan protection (removes all dodger stacks and reduces damage taken per stack by 6%, cd 10 seconds),
- V (odd name for a skill
) (removes all dodger stacks and for each stack gives a guarantee parry, cd 30 sec),
- Pendulum (evade all attacks for 5 seconds, cd 120 sec)
- rapid fire is now storm of arrows, deals constant damage over an area each second, cd 20/15/10, seems to be a channeled spell, but no info on channel time, might be related to cd
Now for the rubies, I will only list the new ones:
- Killer, 5% crit change increase, after 10 seconds of not attacking you can go into stealth, when you come out of stealth your 3 next attacks deal bonus damage, 10 sec cd
- Bully, -15% damage dealt by you, 5% reduced damage taken, 3 times more aggro, max dodger stacks increased to 8, gain a stack of dodger every time you get hit, cd 10 sec
- Sword vs magic, scout can now parry and dodge spells (rip mages
)
- Healing herbs, scout restores some of his HP, 1m 30s cd
- Splinter, 10 seconds ranged taunt, similar to what tanks have now
- Liquidator, increase damage from cc arrows
- Coldblood, reduces penalty of ferocity aura to 20%/10%/0%
