Allods Online Forum

I'm using a Dual core laptop windows 8.1 I followed the downloading/installing steps on the website of allods online i create a new folder on my desktop, putting the allods online things in there, everything's fine.

When the launcher is done downloading all the data, when i try to start up allods online launcher, the screen of the allods online game, first turns white, my mouse few seconds later turns into a red circle with a red stripe crossing trough it ( sign of error ) i've checked the files for corruption, no corruption found.

For the rest everything goes fine too, creating chracters work, but when i try to log in with the characters, the game is loading, the bar stops at 25% and freezes, Allods online is not reacting anymore) This is for both faction characters, i am not using any addons, i have already reinstalled the game once, Nothing changed doing it. Server = New frontier

What do i do?

Thanks alot!!!!!! i didnt know that, i'm not used to that XD But i still dont know whats up with that error icon my mouse turns into, and yes the game is fully installed.
