Main issue with p2p server is that there is no real reason to pay for playing on sub server in the long run and no matter what mindblowing advertising campaign Mail.ru would pull off, at current state it will fail, as allways.
In f2p you pay for the game to be more enjoyable and when You find certain aspect of it not so enjoyable You can make it enjoyable in an instant with cash.
In p2p no matter how much you pay, the game is a pain in the a$$ in many aspects and there is nothing You can do to change it cause of server mechanic and the way it has been designed. No more no Less.
Nah

YOU may find more enjoyable to have to pay large amounts of money for single bonuses on a server that is everything but balanced. THE problem with p2p server is mismanagement going back years - that was also the problem with the old f2p servers and which was only corrected by merging ALL f2p servers west of Russia into the single one we have now... no wonder

This game's management has a taste, somehow, to merging servers when population begins to dwindle. They seem to be unable to understand or even try the other way around - promoting growth for the varied servers which would in time lead to even newer servers. If it works in Russia, why can't it work in EU?
One drastic solution might be to allow players from f2p to migrate to p2p preserving everything except what does not exist on p2p ofc. Guilds too. Along with several measures to enliven the server such as frequent events, giveaways, weekly content updates if only just of the kind of battle events we used to have, publicity, etc. Not likely either.
