Pleaze helpp i don't have my toon on my account

i transfered my account , and now i made my account on new servar, and when i login i don't have my toon -_- , i have the same email adress same forum name , -_- but i don't have my toon on my account .

How can i get my toon back ?

It's a known issue.

Don't log in, don't use your character name, just wait.
Have you tried turning it off and on again?
