If your still having problems please try and clear your DNS:
start/all programs/accesories/command prompt as admin -> type: ipconfig /release - then: ipconfig /flushdns -> then: ipconfig /renew
after that try launching the my.com loader / allods.exe again.
If that doesn't work please let us know a little bit more information..
what operating system, what anti-virus/firewall you use, whether you've been able to connect before etc.
