Eh, I wouldn't class this as downtime at this point, it's a degraded service at worst.

It's a database issue linked to one particular Merge flow by the look of it.
i know its a database problem.
the point im trying to make is that ppl are complaining while they kinda should expect the fact that mail.ru said taht it would that 2 days more or less to get everything working properly.

so for the ppl who cant log in atm cuase that database got out of sync, they should count it as downtime.
like i said before, i have the same isseu, but how much does it help if ppl keep spamming abotu teh problem while its on the news page.
they can better keep an eye on the news page and hope its solved in a few hours then shouting in the forum that they cant log in or see there chars.

so like i said before and will say again, everybody should keep there patiance and let the ppl from mail.ru do there work, and underwhile, we got youtube, or other games ;)

Funny thing: my chars are ingame. Friend can add every of my characters to his friend list, but I can't access them ahahha.

yeh but not everybody is an it specialist :)
and with teh job i got atm (tech server support) you can better say it in a way the dumbest ppl will understand so you got an 95% range that do udnerstand your words and accept it then the 20% you willr each if you use words only used in teh it business :)

Delete any characters you may have made.

Log out.

Wait for the new team to come back confirming the issues have all been resolved.

They are aware of this issue, and you may have made it worse by creating a new account.
Have you tried turning it off and on again?

problems with logging in

hey, i have a problem with loging in to the game, when i logg in it says that i have to merge the account and that i havent registred at my.games

but when i click to transfer it says Hello, leonhaugsdal! Your gPotato ID has been already migrated to the My.com account base, if you experience any issues while log in to the game, write to support.my.com.

Your characters are not lost, they are aware of this and are working on it.

Just be patient

I keep seeing references to this "Merge button." I haven't even seen anything like that. Nor have I seen anything in my inbox throughout ALL of my various emails (I really should be getting only one email, but I can't remember which email I used for gpot, and they don't seem to remember either.)

Basically, I'm completely lost up s*** creek without a paddle. Someone wanna toss me one?

you need to download the new loader in the download section of the main page.
also be aware of the problems there are atm with the merging of that database which makes alot of trouble for alot of players.

i sugest you can better try again when they give a green light that the problems are fixed.
