There is no official statement about this merge on our side (EU/NA server) :

We're still in the final few stages of testing regarding the Arabic Merge.
Unfortunately for us the merge had not even been fully agreed when it was initially announced by your publisher.
Once we have finalised the testing, and have made all the final preparations for the automated merge process we will announce it in the news, Before then I cannot give any dates, as we don't know them yet.

i rather think most players (including me) are happy about the merge since we get additional players and all the benefits which come with them...

Actually the rusian developers declined your invite to merge with them. They did not want your server to merge with a RU one, and it took your GM's a lot of Work to make them accept this merge with the international server. Stating the facts, not hating.
Also the facts mentioned from me was stated on arabic server, so dont tell you did not know :thumbup:
