Payment issues

Hello!

I have played on NA server first, before the merge with my.com etc.
After that I quittted the game for some time and this summer (Juj 2014) came back.

In July 2014 I have created completely new account on my.com and only after that noticed, that it's possible to transfer my previous account to new server (New Frontier). I have submitted a ticked for transfering the initial NA account and now have both acoounts with the same e-mail address.
And now I got the problems with the payment.
The payment goes directly to my new account (I have checked it and see some crystals in cash shop), but not to transfred NA account. Also, I don't know how to access my NA account without facebook log in, because when this account was transfered I didn't got any new password and log in details.

How can I obtain my log in information (like log in nickname and password) for transfred NA acoount?
Because I want to make a payment fot this account, but the new system don't let me do it correctly. :)

Hello,

To get to your NA account, ingame, you log in with your facebook account, in my.Games launcher, and then click on the "Play" button.

(sorry it's in french)

At least you will be able to transfer your crystals from one character of your new account, to one of your old NA characters.

Otherwise, i think you'll have to contact the customer support explaining your issue. They'll probably be able to change your login informations from your transfered NA account.

EDIT : you have 2 accounts right ? the brand new one, and another one with a facebook log-in ?

Hi there,

When it comes to the facebook login, thats not actually supported on the website, as the facebook based account is not linked to your email in the database (and there is no way to link 2 accounts to 1 email).
To be able to use the website you will need to create a second (email based) my.com account and ask the support to re-transfer the account from the facebook based account to the second email based one.
After that, everything should work fine :)
