Hi, I was able to get my toons back so I thought I should post how.


First things first: LOG OUT OF EVERYTHING. Log out from My.com forum, and GPotato sites.

Step 1) You need a new email. Create a new one.

Step 2) Make a NEW My.com (allods forum) account using the NEW EMAIL

Step 3) Make sure you are signed onto My.com using the new Email account you just made.

Step 4) GO HERE if you are from NA Allods, or GO HERE if you are from EU Allods and click on "Transfer Account" and log into GPotato. YOU HAVE TO USE THE GPOTATO SITE YOUR ACCOUNT IS ON (I was making the mistake of using the EU GPotato site).

Step 5) Once you are logged into GPotato AND My.com(with your new email). Click on the "Allods Online", this should take you back to Allods page.

Step 6) On the Allods page you will get a message, click on "Migrate". and you're done

Step 7) log into Allods using the new email and CLICK ON THE SERVER YOUR TOON IS ON. It will show 0 toons unless you click on it

did this and now i have my toon back. to make it clear before doing this steps change ur gpotato email to a new email that u created and the most important part is don't register ur new email on en.allods.com, just register ur new email on my.com i repeat dont make an account or register on en.allods.com instead register on my.com(ur new email add)

Sorry chap(ette), but you've borked it. You'll need to send in a Support Ticket, and they'll have to manually unpick your account.

If you've created an account with the same email address at My.Com since migrating, you need to wait on a ticket.
Have you tried turning it off and on again?

Ive been waiting 22 hours, *but* I suspect that is less to do with a response time, and more to do with the fact they are trying to finalise a solution.

Because:

A) The wider issue of the 16% of accounts that haven't correctly got their access rights takes priority
B) People rarely post positives - their issue is fixed now, after all
C) They may not have started yet, as they need a procedure and plan in place before they start attacking a database snarl.

It only fixed a very particular issue - the majority of users with issues now need to wait - what exactly is your problem?

Just to be clear, can we directly email support? Is it support@my.com? The "Contact Customer Support" button on the main page doesn't work for me.

As if we could log in gPotato with a new email that has not been registered in gPotato?
and if we need to register a new on gPotato then it is not a profile of our new profile (email) that is used to create a character that will be moved

sigh... i'm getting the exact same message as nayrb... i'm able to log into the game through the email that is registered to my gpotato id, but like many of the other people.. no toons. it just takes me to a blank character screen.. i've had a ticket in for over 24 hours. the least you guys could start doing is let people know that once we've created tickets, you have gotten them on your end, and were all not just stuck in limbo waiting on a reply from out of thin air.

I cant even login on my com. It recognises my name from gpotato , and says hello , in order to play u need to register to mycom. Problem is that i cant even register on my com ! i get error NPmethod called for aNpobject or smth like that. Any 1 know solution? btw this thing u wrote here didnt work for me so....what now?

The characters still exist, there are just issues with your ability to access them.
