How do you do the Bits of Power quest?

I'm tryiong to complete a quest chain in Misty Lands and I need to get pure astralum, but I need to do the Daily to speed things up. Can anyone explain where and what to do please and thank you

On map Isle of Revelation you have NPC near your quest NPC which gives you option for 2 quests for pure astralium.

If so, there is 2 repeatable quests at the NPC near the Architect. You can make them as often as you want, until you get all astralium needed for the Architect's quests (about 5 or 6 astralium).
