where the heck is Tech support?

It has been DAYS since my ticket submissions and my post on the tech issues part of the forum so I have to ask... is Allods actually going to shut down finally?

given the lack of a response from support is usually the first step when a game is dying due to a reduction of overhead to save money.

guess if it's true allods is dying it would be a waste to spend my money on allods.

if anyone has anything to add pop it up.
