Gearing

So I've hit 60 and looked over some guides on gearing and started in Wellebell Preserve. However, I read in some guides that there are mobs near Outskirts that are regular elites (not blue ring) that you can solo for glyph quest. I cant seem to find those mobs, did they get removed in a patch or something? Because sometimes its hard to find group to farm blue elites and they are difficult and time consuming to solo.


Also I noticed that I can't use green upgrader to upgrade blue items, but I can't find any blue upgraders. I went s1-s3 and still green upgraders. Somebody told me that blue upgraders are found in the other map of Wild Shores (Can't remember the name) and other layers of astral. Does that mean I am stuck with blue gear untill I complete those 322 stabilization things and unlock the new map/layer?

go to wellebell
take the quest from glyph-npc there are 3 different:

green (basic, do it until you have all glyphs in basic green)
orange (for upgrading green to blue, blue to purple, purple to orange and orange to teal)
teal (for upgrading from teal 1 to teal 2)

so for upgrading green glyps then do orange glyph quest and use orange upgraders

monsters are located at the right border of the map
they are harder than usual monsters but still soloable even for runes 2-1-1 1-1-1

stabilizations: yes you are stuck with gear at blue level until you unlock it
its named "foul dale"
