Goblin Ball Vote to CC system

I think there should be a "Vote for CC" system if the whole team plus maby 1 or 2 in the opossing team wants to end the match.

Sometimes in matches you lead with 11 - 0 after like 4 min, then its just 6 min of useless waste of time for both teams. so a vote system would be very nice! :D
