Trying to come back

Hey, I'm not sure if this is the right place to ask, but I'll try anyway.

I'm trying to return to the game. I quit about a month after the NA subscription server was opened so my account has never been switched to the new format and/or servers. I've had a ticket in for a few weeks now to have things transferred over or whatever they do and I haven't heard anything, at all, back.

I'm just wondering if anyone has had any experience with tickets lately. I remember it being a slow process before. Do they ever get responded to now in anyone's experience?

You need to send a private message with your ticket number to a Community Manager, so that they can gather informations about your transfer request :
