If I was still playing actively and not once in a blue moon, I would. But things change and I'm not always up to speed with things. I can tell you a general build and such, but things like gear and current pvp tips I can at most offer an opinion.
Either way, scouts have been a rare sight for a few big patches now, it has been easier to just give a build when someone asked instead of writing a guide 10 people will read.
Maybe Bloodraven can update his, but I haven't seen him in a while.
