Just paid for crystals for sub time but can't add time?

So I just paid for 2100 crystals so I can get sub time, but when i try to convert them to 90 days it says I have insufficient crystals? Am I basically being ripped off?

Log on a f2p character, open boutique and make sure you actually have 2100, I heard some people complaining that some payment methods rip you off and award little less crystals while others don't.

Subscription page is working as intended. I used it yesterday and worked fine, I had exactly 2100.
