Where's my bonus cash ?

Saturday I made a purchase by paypall 100 euros = 10 kc and would have to come 3000 cash bonus and this bonus cash 0 . What to do? I want my bonus cash !

So i topped up my account 2500 BC i didnt recive any BONUs yes looked in premium section /bag items cash shop part nothing i sent a ticket and only so th ticket as beeing market as open from 3 days now .... wanted to top out again but i dunno how this works if it works..

Silkysmoothgraphiks, we all know you're not sorry for your bad English.
Also, in order for a ticket to actually be looked at, you must send in a ticket and then message Mhuldoon on the forum. He will then forward on the ticket on high alert so they look at it quickly. I did this and was able to get a response within a few hours instead of waiting days.

I'm really not quite sure what you mean while referring to me.

If I didn't care, I wouldn't have topped up.
I would have just given up on the game.
I still think there is a SUPER TINY MINISCULE glimmer of hope that this game/management will turn around and become something great again.
I will continue dreaming. :)

The event begins on the 29th of January and ends on the 5th of February - and is the perfect time to boost your characters crystalline power!

and today is 5th

so it will finish today or tomorrow
I need reason
