support non-existant

My friend created a support ticket regarding account transfer. Included screenshots, account name, from which server transfer was made etc...
It has been more than a month and still there is no answer from support.
I cretated a support ticket 1.5-2 weeks ago, still no answer.
Is this a common thing?
Time to time I`m buying some stuff here so in my opinion I count as a customer :)
Any suggestions what other actions could I take? I know - patience is a virtue but... :S

Are you doing your ticket in english? Average response time for an english ticket is 2-3weeks.
Average response for a french ticket is 4-6months for an useless response (Seems they google translate the thing to send it to english support).
From some german friends it seems German support is same as french . Don't know for turkish

regarding average times - wow.... I mean wow.... 4-6 months??? That`s like eternity, I could walk across whole europe by feet during that time!! Which customer will wait for such a period 8o

My first ticket took 29 days to get answered and I still think it was only answered because I kept telling people on the forum how crappy customer service was with how long it was taking.

Tickets almost always go unanswered unless you send your ticket number to a GM/CM.

Jk!! Before every patch there are always some delays with tickets and they just stack up over time plus Brazilian people came not long ago and they are now fixing their stuff too plus not to mention how it will be after 5th March when we will get buggy patch :S
Complaining here wont really help, I am sure they are not even visiting these forums anyways, instead they promoted some ppl who are active here to mods so they dont have to do this work too, so for now its just a waiting game and i wish you all good luck and hopefully you will all get answers this week or next one because after that you will be waiting much much longer.

Don't go making excuses for them. There is no reason too. There were no patches around the time I sent my ticket and it took 29 days to answer it. There were no merges around then either.

At the end of NA we had 1 GM and he was active on the forums and answering tickets and whatever else he had to do and the tickets didnt take over a week (actually 3 days at most for me) to get answered.
