Error message when starting game from client

Anyone know a fix for ""The log in service is not available. Please try to log in again in a few minutes." from the client? I just redownloaded allods after 7 months and bam, I can't log in. I'm not even going to expect a response from a staff member within the next 7 days or so. Anyone know a fix?
