Include "Astral Coins" in Negotiant

Idea of negotiant is everyone shall do what he likes most and still be able to get everything through trade, thats a good thing
now, if someone does not like to do astral-allods it would be good to have an option to tade the astralcoins (for upgraders) at negotiant too!
