So from russian videos I've seen there is 4 parts I'm guessing this will happen over the course of 4 weeks? maybe 1 part per week if you do all the quests. but the videos are here. I am hoping this happens that 13 ys is op + the jump and the skin is nice.

That looks like an awesome mounts, good for people (like me) that are super unlucky with mount roles QQ
