how to upgrade to 13 gen hull when there no quest to do it

i have a 10 gen ship hull i want to upgrade it to the next one but am looking in astral academy I do not see the quest to upgrade your hull to the next gen i know you have to go where you have to summon your ship to do the quest. so because i didn't upgrade my ship before patch to highest level of gen it looks like my ship gonna be stuck at a 10 gen. Or did they move the quest to upgrade your hull. any help on how to upgrade my ship to 13 be helpful.

You need to activate your 15 hull pieces in your bag (click on it).

There is no quest to upgrade your hull now.

Once you collect enough hull pieces (15) and enough crystals (3-5, I can't remember exactly), you have to right click on the hull parts and you'll start upgrading your hull.
