if you look carefully this space of pixels is at the beginning of the bar too so i guess that shall display 100%

I already checked that.
There is an extra column of missing pixels at the end that's not there on the beginning. Note how the beginning has 1 column of dark pixels while the end has 2 columns.

I doubt it. 65 green gear still gets upgraded when the final progress comes out to 99.36% or w/e it is.

RU had this on few servers, and ru GMs said that apparently the progress is not 100%, but 99.51 - 99.99%

My friend suggested the new layer might be open when p2p server (also) reach 100% so the progress on both servers is the same. And the p2p is now at 91%, so if it's true we will have to wait a bit.

I doubt it, given there is no link gamewise between the two servers (F2P chars can't play on P2P and vice-versa), so progress should not be linked either.

Anyway we'll see soon enough : if we need another reset after completion, it will unlock tomorrow morning. If we need another maintenance after completion, there is one the day after tomorrow :)

dunno who you are but i'm full blue already just got the most things in my bank as most fabled old ones are better to wear anyway so why should we wait for sector unlock ?( guess there are enough outside at the same progress.
