Pixelated Clothing?

So I logged into my account from a brand new laptop after a long hiatus. Broken Chains caught my eye with the Priden race but upon downloading the game and starting I notice that the graphics look great, all except the clothing which is super pixelated. I even played with the video settings and made sure everything was at it's best and the clothing is still highly pixelated almost to the point where it is just blocks of color, no detail. Anyone else seeing this issue? Anyone know how I can correct it? :thumbdown: Thanks.

the game is probably still downloading the high res texture packs in the background once they finish the textures will be better

I can also confirm the previous reply. You can start the game now without every content of it being downloaded, so make sure the entire thing is downloaded for 100% performance. :thumbsup:

to check progress click the small ball in the right upper corner that is spinning, you will see whats downloaded and whats not then
