Cant login with Facebook

Hi,

I created my account with facebook and was playing for two days without any problem, but today i justa cant login.

Hello,

A facebook account for Allods is quite a bad idea as you can't top up with it for the moment.

Anyway, the problem is that you try to connect with your facebook account (facebook button) and you get this error "login unavailable", isn't it ?
Does the facebook page opens ?
Is Allods still allowed in your facebook settings ?

no, is not opening facebook page... I m redirected to games.my.com.

Oh... and i tryied to reset my password, but the e-mail is sent to 830839710332611@facebook and i have no idea how to access this email.

That's why a facebook account is not the best solution for Allods, it's not totally implemented on the official website. I don't blame you, as it is an option in the launcher, the problem is with the offical website.

Only idea i have now, is to contact the customer support, explaining that you can't login to the game with your facebook account.
The customer support know that there is some issues with facebook accounts, i think they will be able to help you.
Later, i suggest you ask for a transfer of your character to a regular account (the one you are using on this forum, with an email you can check).

You can log in with a facebook account on this page, try to check if it works ? (login is on top right corner)

Only idea i have now, is to contact the customer support,
When you suggest this to anyone you should also suggest that they pm a CM or they will be waiting months to get their ticket answered instead of weeks. Really crappy system if you ask me.

Hello,

Customer support is now working much better than some weeks ago. We have less to none PM about tickets waiting for an answer :).
I must admit, it also depends on the request sent.

@DEDEKBRAL : i was thinking about something, to change you password, as you login with a facebook account, it may be the facebook password that you need to change ?
Do you receive notification on the email linked with your facebook account ?
Something i'd try too, before asking customer support, is to revoke all access to Allods Online on your Facebook settings (there must be some, it's a security measure) and try again to connect to the game.

for the password reset? No, it sent to the other one with a lot of numbers lol

Hello,

As i said in a previous post, the only solution now is to ask for a transfer from your facebook account to a my.com account (created with a real email and a password).

As you are posting on forums, you already have this my.com account.

In order to have your characters transferred, you need to send a request to the customer support : http://support.my.com/games/kbPage/54/ (click on "submit a ticket" at the end of the explanations) and give them all informations about your actual characters on your facebook account, and explain that you can't top up with a facebook account, that's why you are asking for a transfer.

It will be much easier to manage your account with a my.com account than a facebook account :).
