problems with login

Hello I have some problems with lgin on the web acc.
When I try to login on main page of allods on my.com i get "Sorry, unrecognized username or password".
I can play on my login and pass and in the application my.com I also can log in...
When I log on my mail I have problem with verification @ to acc...

Please some issues or help.
