A really mistake.

Hi, good morning. Yesterday at night I was playing peacefully, then I went to sleep and today I tried to login and it was saying my account was banned. I'm sorry but this is a mistake!! I have never used ANY KIND OF HACK, I am sure about it!! And I spent like 50 dollars on my account, in R$, the currency of my country, its like almost R$ 150, a considerable amount. I am sorry but this is a really mistake. Please unlock my account, I have never did ANYTHING wrong instead of playing..

That is really unfortunate and it does happen, wrongly.
