Arabic language required

Please add the Arabic language because most of the players Arabs only understand
two words in English which is (yes and no) behold, I communicate with you with

Better remove those unreadable arab names too.
Arabs has they own private server already with 4.0 version now.
I don't want to see more arab texts, it is already enough
