Has anyone gotten their lost characters back yet?

Still waiting, just wondering if anyone else has had any progress made yet.

10pm on Wednesday, but judging by Wraith's comments, they aren't exactly following "first come, served" - they know where the conflicts are, and are working through them (I don't believe my resolution came about as a result of my ticket, judging by the change in email addresses used for ticket clarification, and then resolution confirmation)
Have you tried turning it off and on again?

i did get an email back from them 2 days ago about my ticket.They gave me 2 options ( keep first account or delete dublicate) or the other way around.
then i sent them back what i wanted too do. now 2 days later nothing has bee done or any respond from them, no updates no nothing.

Yes, it's pretty easy to check for duplicated records in a database table.

Basically, what's going on is that your username (in this case your email) is tied to two different accounts, one with your characters, one without, which makes it go bug-flark.
Have you tried turning it off and on again?

1. It means you need to get it sorted. The characters are there, you just cant get to them

2. Fill out a formHERE

3. A piece of string. It's not clear how long at the moment, as it doesn't appear to directly link to the amount of time a ticket has been open.
